Free International Shipping: We offer free shipping to customers in the United States and Germany. Your order will be shipped from our local warehouses in these countries, ensuring fast and efficient delivery.

Usually, it takes 3-5 days to your place.

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or at the following work day. Orders via pre-payment are sent out on the day we receive the payment.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package and see its estimated delivery date.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. Once approved, we will initiate the refund process, and you will receive your refund within a few business days.

  5. Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Just contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the exchange process.
